2D and 3D Analysis for Motion
The software package e.motion offers fast solutions for real-time and post-process motion tracking and analysis. The basic module allows the regular marker based or marker-less tracking of target objects in 2D, while the extended module allows a real-time three-dimensional tracking of objects using one camera and specific markers.
For the real-time tracking e.motion offers sup-port for image acquisition and device control for standard video cameras or other imaging devices. The calculated movement data of objects can be
- overlaid on the live image, together with the objects’ trajectories
- recorded for documentation and analysis
- forwarded to external units in order to realize vision based control loop (e. g. camera movement for object following).
The post-process (offline) analysis option allows the detection and measurement of movement in recorder video files.
